What is the review process for submissions?

Submissions will be reviewed by our editorial team once the Call for Submissions closes. If your piece is selected, we’ll notify you then to confirm details and next steps.

When will the project be published?

We’re aiming for a late 2025 release, but the exact timeline may shift as we work to ensure the anthology meets our standards. We’ll keep contributors updated as we move closer to publication, so stay tuned for more details.

What language will you publish in?

We’re not sure yet if we will publish as primarily English or Spanish. The decision will be influenced by the language that is used in a majority of the selected written work.

All poetry will be published in the original language used.

Are you offering compensation for artistic contributions?

As an emerging independent project, we are currently unable to provide financial compensation to contributors. However, all contributors will receive 5 complimentary copies of the anthology, prominent credit within the publication, and digital promotion.

While our primary goal is to cover the costs of publishing, we’re open to discussing revenue-sharing agreements if the project becomes profitable in the future.

Where will you distribute the final printed version?

The anthology will be available in local businesses around Baja California Sur. We’ll also have copies available for purchase online

Will there be future editions focused on other locations?

Right now, our focus is on bringing this edition to life. But we’re excited by the idea of future anthologies that celebrate other unique places.
